The Maxwell AnchorMax is an extremely versatile vertical capstan or general purpose electric winch for use as an anchor winch, pot hauler, or davit winch. Manufactured in durable anodized marine grade aluminum with chromed manganese bronze top parts, it has an extremely high power to weight ratio. The compact fully sealed gearbox is driven by a vertically-mounted, high efficiency permanent magnet motor. The below deck intrusion is minimized to only 6-7/8" making the AnchorMax ideal for 16' to 33' boats . Installation is simple with no dismantling of the winch required. Kit includes fully tested AnchorMax unit complete with deck switch, fasteners, templates, and installation instructions. Capstan diameter: 6". Height: 4-3/32". 12 volt, 600 Watt motor. Max Pull: 850 lbs.
Note: Each winch is supplied as a single direction (clockwise) fully tested unit complete with fitting instructions, deck switch, templates and fastenings.
