Liberty
Series is an automatic rope chain windlass. Standard equipment is a dual
solenoid, 12 volt, 1 up / down toggle switch, breaker panel, rope and
chain wheel and manual retriever lever. 24 volt version available upon request by sepecial order only.
The Liberty is available in
a low profile or Maxgrip™ capstan version. Both have a release button
on top that allows periodic servicing without the need for tools
The Liberty offers the
option of simple and highly effective manual operation. Selection of
manual operation is achieved using a discrete lever on the side of the
winch. Turning the handle counter clockwise then drives the chain or
rope up at an impressive 5:1 ratio allowing almost anyone to weigh
anchor without difficulty.
A balanced force pressure
arm system, coupled with a unique chain wheel, designed to grasp the
splice between rope and chain, gives the Liberty an unparalleled level
of performance.
