Full function wired remote control fits into a standard 2-1/8" gauge cutout. In addition to full stereo control, it includes an intercom microphone for broadcasting over the stereo system speakers. Package includes a 10' cable. Multiple remote controls may be added to a single system. The wired remote requires that the stereo system have a single optional I-MR-2 interface (order below).
The new MRR 7 Wired Remote has an intercom that permits communications throughout the boat. Pressing the "Mic" button on the keyboard mutes the stereo and clearly transmits the user's voice through other speakers, making it especially useful between the cabin, bridge and aft deck. The device's keypad also allows remote adjustment of all stereo functions, including multi-zone volume control, tuning, band, mute, audio source and power. Designed for flush mounting in a wall or bulkhead, the remote uses a standard, instrument-size 2-1/8" cutout, so it will fit the instrument panel both in appearance and ease of mounting.
