How long will it take to get my products?

This varies based on your location, product availability and shipping method. Stock items are shipped within 24hrs for US addresses.  International orders may take up to 3 days if items need to be brought to one location prior to shipping overseas.  We have multiple warehouses throughout the US and all items are not always at the same location.  We will ship multiple packages to US addresses, but cannot for international due to shipping costs.

. Items ordered late on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped Monday. If your order is going to be delayed due to items being out of stock, we will let you know via e-mail as to the status and expected shipping date.

Ground delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 days after we ship the item depending on your location.

Please be aware that your country may charge importation fees and taxes. It is the responsibility of the consumer to know this and take care of these fees. We try to minimize the declared value of the shipments, but cannot show it as below our costs due to liability.

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the weight of your order.  We are linked directly with UPS servers and shipping costs are calculated by UPS and transferred to your checkout page.  This allows us to bring the most accurate shipping rates possible without overcharging you.  It is our policy to not "pad" shipping costs as other stores do.

Are There Any Special, Hidden, or Additional Shipping Fees?

Oversized Packages :

Rods, Tracks, Antennas, etc.   Items that are excessively long or oversized by UPS standards will incurr additional shipping charges.  An item that is 6ft long for example will be charged shipping rates based on a 30lb package, even though it may only weigh one pound.  This is UPS policy and is accurate when ordering single, oversized items.

Due to software limitations, the shipping will be high if you are ordering more than one rod, antenna, or other large item.  This is due to the default weight for calculations being 30lbs per item.  When shipping 2 rods, the actual weight is approx 2 lbs, the UPS charge is based on 30lbs, but the software will calculte shipping based on 60lbs (2 items at 30lbs).   We are working on a fix to this.  In the meantime, if you wish a more accurate rate quote, please emial us prior to ordering.   

For multiple, oversized items we will adjust the shipping charges down to the actual shipping for the order prior to charging your card.  We will not raise the shipping above what was on the order when checking out.  

International Orders:

Simply choose "UPS Worlwide Express", "UPS Worldwide Expedited", or "USPS Global Express" when checking out. Rates will be calculated for you based on the weight of your order upon checkout. You may wish to email us for a rate quote prior to ordering.

Due to the inability of software to verify most international credit cards, we may require extra information for international customers the first time they order. The order will not be processed until verification can be made. We do not require this extra information in most cases

Once verified, future orders to the same address using the same credit card will not need these extra steps.

What if I pay by check or money order?

Payments by check must be received and clear the bank prior to our shipping the order. This means there can be a delay as long as 2-3 weeks from the time you send your check. If you send a Money Order, we will ship immediatley upon receiving payment.

What if one item will delay the entire order?

If you have a larger order and one item is going to cause a significant delay, we will usually ship your order in two shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the second shipment.

Am I charged before my order ships?

We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready and available to ship. If your items are backordered then you will not be charged until they are ready to ship.  Your card is authorized when checking out, but not actually charged until we process the order.
